Notice of Special Meeting dated May 19, 2026

Notice is hereby given this 14th day of May, 2026, that the Pilot Grove Board of Alderman will meet in special session in person at 6 pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at City Hall located at 213 College Street in the City of Pilot Grove, Missouri. This notice also includes an option to vote to close part of this meeting pursuant to Sections 610.010 to 610.030, RSMo of the Missouri Sunshine Law as now existing or hereafter amended. The agenda for this meeting includes the following:

  1. Discussion and possible action regarding the condition of the City’s 2000 GMC Sierra 2500 truck, including repair, replacement, or other recommended actions.

  1. Resolution 2026-5: An Adoption Resolution formally adopting the Cooper County Hazard Mitigation Plan 2027.

  1. Notice to vote to close part of this meeting pursuant to the above requirements.
